As an experienced Miami personal injury lawyer, Sagi Shaked actively litigates cases involving catastrophic injuries and wrongful death on behalf of victims and their families.

Sagi Shaked has been practicing law since 2000 and went on to found the successful Shaked Law in 2007, where he became one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in the United States as named by the American Trial Lawyers Association.
This highly coveted honor was bestowed upon Mr. Shaked for his exemplary legal expertise, compassion for his clients, and consistently recovering multi-millions of dollars in damages for those he represents.
At the age of 28, Mr. Shaked was one of the youngest lawyers in the United States to achieve a multi-million dollar verdict for a single personal injury lawsuit.
Despite these accolades, Mr. Shaked’s goal from the beginning has always been to passionately pursue the rights of victims who have been injured as a result of negligence.
He is the Past president of the prestigious Southern Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Shaked is also an EAGLE Friend member of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers as well as a Board member of the distinguished Southern Trial Lawyers Association (STLA), and member of American Association for Justice (AAJ), and the National Trial Lawyers (NTL).
Mr. Shaked is a Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney by the Florida Bar and Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer by the National Board of Trial Advocates.
He graduated from Florida International University, where he received his B.S. with honors in 1996. In 1999 Mr. Shaked graduated with honors from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center.
Sagi Shaked is a member of the Florida Justice Association (formerly known as the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers). He is the a chair of the Young Lawyers Section for the Florida Justice Association.
He has chaired numerous committees with the Dade County Bar Association. He successfully completed a three-year term as a board member for the Dade County Bar Association.
In addition, Mr. Shaked was named one of the state’s top “Up & Coming Attorneys” in the state of Florida by the South Florida Legal Guide in 2005-2009.
Mr. Shaked has been named by the American Trial Lawyers Association as one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in the United States. He holds certifications from both the Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
In 2022, Mr. Shaked obtained a settlement in excess of 100 million for a single personal injury case that is considered one of the largest settlements in the United States.
Mr. Shaked is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts, United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, District of Columbia, Supreme Court of Florida, and all state courts within Florida.
Mr. Shaked is a nationally recognized speaker on trial advocacy and traumatic brain injuries. He has lectured to other trial lawyer organizations throughout the United States.
